Order Processing Time

Once your payment is successfully confirmed, we will process your order within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
If an order is placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time, it will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Coverage

At this time, we ship only within the United States (the continental U.S.). Please see the details below:

Non-Deliverable Areas

• Alaska

• Hawaii

• Puerto Rico

• U.S. overseas territories and remote islands

• Military addresses (APO / FPO / DPO)

If your shipping address falls within any of the non-deliverable areas listed above, we will be unable to fulfill the order.

Estimated Delivery Time

For addresses within the continental United States, the estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days.
Please note that this is only an estimate. Delivery may be delayed due to customs inspections, public holidays, flight delays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are determined by your order total and selected shipping method. All fees follow the logistics settings in our store system. The current standards are as follows:

Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after shipment, so there’s no need to worry if updates don’t appear immediately.
