Q: What material is used for the internal support? Will it collapse over time? A: We prioritize structural integrity by using 2.5mm thickened PP boards or high-density fiberboards instead of cheap cardboard. These materials offer superior pressure resistance and moisture protection. Even when fully loaded (up to our 112L model), the organizer remains sturdy and maintains its shape without sagging.

Q: What is the difference between 1680D Oxford fabric and standard fabric? A: 1680D is an industrial-grade, high-density weave. Compared to the common 600D fabric, it provides more than double the wear resistance. It is scratch-resistant, tear-resistant, and features a waterproof coating, making it ideal for heavy-duty use and outdoor camping.

2. Sizing & Fitment

Q: How do I choose the right size for my vehicle? A: * Sedans/Compact Cars: We recommend 36L – 45L models (e.g., our Magnetic Leather or Carbon Fiber styles).

  • Standard SUVs/Off-Roaders: We recommend 65L – 72L models (e.g., the 1680D Outdoor Green or 66L Multi-color styles).

  • Large SUVs/MPVs/Trucks: We recommend 92L – 112L models (e.g., the Aluminum Handle Heavy-Duty or the XXL Insulated models).

  • Tip: Please measure your trunk width before purchasing. Our largest 112L model is approximately 35.4 inches (90 cm) long.

3. Functionality & Maintenance

Q: How effective is the insulation in the Insulated models? A: Our insulated models feature a thickened aluminum foil lining combined with EPE foam insulation. When used with ice packs, it can keep groceries fresh or beverages cold for 6–8 hours, making it perfect for grocery runs or weekend picnics.

Q: How should I clean the organizer? A: * Leather Models: Simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth and a mild detergent.

  • Oxford Fabric Models: These are water-resistant and can be rinsed. We recommend hand washing and air drying to protect the internal support boards; machine washing is not recommended.

4. Installation & Storage

Q: Do these organizers require tools for assembly? A: Not at all. All models feature a user-friendly foldable design. Simply unfold the unit and place the base plate/divider inside to secure the structure—usually in less than 10 seconds. When not in use, they fold flat (approx. 1.2–2 inches thick) for easy storage.

5. After-Sales & Policies (GMC Compliance Focus)

Q: What should I do if the product has a slight odor upon arrival? A: We use eco-friendly PU leather and non-toxic fabrics. Since products are sealed immediately after production, a "new material" scent may exist initially. Simply place the organizer in a well-ventilated area for 12–24 hours, and the scent will dissipate completely.

Q: Do you offer a return guarantee? A: Yes. We adhere to strict consumer protection protocols. Q: Will the organizer slide around while I am driving? A: Most of our high-end models (such as the 66L Multi-color and 112L Engineering models) are equipped with non-slip bottom strips or rubberized bases. These are designed to grip the trunk carpet firmly, preventing the box from shifting during sharp turns or sudden braking.
